• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations made on or after [month/day] will incur a charge of 100% of the accommodation fee.
• The decision to hold or cancel the fireworks festival is made by the event organizer. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the event.
• Please note that visibility of the fireworks may be affected by weather conditions on the day, launch positions, and changes in the surrounding environment.
• Due to weather or other force majeure circumstances, the fireworks may not be clearly visible.
• In accordance with Osaka Prefecture regulations, an accommodation tax of JPY 500 per person per night will be applied to stays with a room rate of JPY 20,000 or more per night.
• Due to expected traffic restrictions and congestion on the day of the fireworks festival, guests are strongly encouraged to use public transportation when visiting the hotel.
