No extractor fan in bathroom, heater so noisy we couldn't use it, some allergen in room made me sneeze constantly, even though I'm not highly allergic! Breakfast was $19 and useless for me as a vegan!

******** BED BUG ALERT******  we came in for a friends trip to see the Steelers and would’ve never guess our trip would include bed bugs! We stayed in 1211 and though the room was dated and clearly...

**BED BUGS** , NOT CLEAN , UNACCEPTABLE

A beautiful hotel, room was very clean and quiet.

The front desk agents Mason and Georgeana were very professional and friendly.
