Enjoy our popular Lunch Buffet available Monday to Friday, and our Specialty Dinner Buffet from Monday to Thursday. Enjoy an extensive range of wines from our wine room to complement your dining experience. Private dining for up to 30 is available, plus plenty of seating options for families, friends and single diners.

Host Bistro offers all day breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed space that in the evening transforms into a perfect place to dine, unwind and socialize. The bar specializes in an extensive range of international gins, cocktails and wines. Our deli counter offers an evolving array of barista coffees, freshly made sweet and savoury delicacies, designed as a 'grab & go' style - perfect while on the run or to enjoy in our relaxed casual atmosphere.
Mumu
Named after a traditional method of cooking, 'Mumu' which encompasses both the earthen oven and its layered feast, often prepared as part of a celebration throughout Papua New Guinea, the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience. Enjoy fine wines, beers and spirits with delicious dishes prepared in the open kitchen and served from our Mumu pit - the significant traditional feature of the restaurant, while dining exclusively indoors or outdoors in our over-water bungalows offering a tropical experience.
