How the heck did this make the TripAdvisor travelers choice?  That's one reason I picked this hotel.  The property is sorely in need of renovation.  The guest room doors do not seem very secure well...

Very disappointed with our stay. Hotel is very understaffed. No breakfast on Sunday because the woman didn’t even show up for work. The front alarm was going off the entire time we were there...

Understaffed and dirty.

Loved our room and fireplace; clean environment; fitness room had awesome Peloton stationary bike; nice breakfast; good robust coffee. Heater was slightly noisy at night. But we'll stay here again...
