Spa Policies

• Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Arrival and Facilities: We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your treatment to change, relax, and enjoy the spa facilities. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time.
• Health: Please inform our spa team if you are using prescription medication, have had surgery in the last 6 months, or are pregnant so we can personalize your experience. Also, alert us if you have high/low blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, varicose veins, fever, allergies, chronic respiratory diseases, or any other health concerns that treatment may affect.
• Age: The spa is an adult environment, and access for children under 16 is not permitted. A responsible adult must accompany children ages 16 - 18.
