Barrel-Aged Cocktails

Each barrel of charred American Oak, houses 20L of a classic cocktail batch, left to age for at least one month. The American Oak balances the spirits’ flavors by smoothing out the harsh and bitter notes.

Ocean-Friendly Restaurants

As an Ocean Friendly Restaurant, we adopted self-regulated, ocean-friendly policies to help lower the impact of disposable plastic waste on San Diego’s beaches, ocean water, and landfills. There’s no Styrofoam or plastic take-out bags, and we’ve implemented recycling practices and reusable tableware. Straws are available on request.
