The Shanghai Club was famed for its Long Bar, an impressive 34 meters bar. Today, the original Long Bar design is resurrected in this space, with every element of the bar and wall paneling carefully studied and reproduced from photographic records.

With only eight exclusive seats, the first-ever oyster omakase, Pink Oyster opens its doors at the Long Bar. Discover an innovative ten to eleven-course degustation of the freshest oysters paired with seasonal ingredients. The journey progresses from savoring pure oyster essence to exploring the chef’s techniques and local oyster variations. It culminates in a vibrant dessert display, followed by a delightful evening with a rose-themed handcart.
