Don't accidentally forget something the staff has sticky fingers.  We checked out and returned within  two hours after check out and our belongings were no where to be found.   The cleaning crew...

First I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned...4th floor. Next room across the hall was clean but not in good repair. Window shade tearing, Curtain torn, bathroom plugin did not work. Soap...

They were going to charge me $75 for 1 night for a cat they "dont allow". Pet agreement i signed said "dog/cat name:". Morning manager used staff as a messenger for me rather than leaving their office

Pet Policy is misleading/advertising a pet policy they dont follow and management wont even leave their office to talk

Nice and newer hotel, well located by several dining options. Consider using door dash and getting Blaze Pizza   - so good! I had a large clean room. Breakfast had good options. The direct tv had to...

the room looked well while I enter rather a durty bank , not the cleanest place Ive been but overall  i was ok.Just impossible to sleep 1 min!! Because there is a machine on the roof of that room...
