Stayed in a junior suite which was 369 for the night with my husband and young children. Asked for a quiet room. 

Was given room 446 next to the lifts which meant we heard the lift motor all night...

They charged more than what I booked. Indeed, the did not inform me. I saw that when I investigated the invoice days later. Employees are not friendly. I called recpetion from my room, no one cares...
