Level One
Designed for focused meetings, training sessions and executive gatherings, Level One features eight flexible meeting rooms, a dedicated boardroom and breakout spaces that support productive collaboration. Conveniently located and adaptable to a range of event formats, it provides an ideal setting for workshops, strategy sessions and small-to-medium-sized conferences.
Level Two
Purpose-built for conferences and multi-room events, Level Two offers six adaptable function rooms and generous pre-function space. Its versatile layout allows organisers to create seamless delegate journeys, with space for keynote sessions, breakouts, networking and catering activations all on one floor. Plus, direct connection to Glass Brasserie via the airbridge allowing easy flow from boardroom to Brasserie.
Level Three
Home to one of Sydney’s largest hotel event venues, Level Three features the Grand Ballroom, soaring six-metre ceilings, abundant natural light and a dedicated 980-square-metre pre-function space. Ideal for conferences, gala dinners and exhibitions, the ballroom accommodates up to 1,100 delegates and can be divided into two soundproof spaces for added flexibility.
The space is complemented by the largest LED wall in a New South Wales hotel measuring an impressive 22 metres wide by 3 metres high, creating a striking platform for impactful presentations, immersive brand experiences and large-scale productions.
Level Four
Highly flexible by design, Level Four can operate as five individual meeting rooms or open into a complete event floor via movable airwalls, making it ideal for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, showcases and multi-stream events. A generous pre-function area and outdoor balcony support networking and catering experiences, while a direct airbridge connection to Zeta Bar enables seamless breakout lunches, post-event drinks and exclusive networking receptions.
Glass Brasserie
Host memorable dining experiences overlooking the landmark Queen Victoria Building at Glass Brasserie. Led by Head Chef Natalie Murphy, the restaurant offers seasonal menus, private dining options, an interactive Chef’s Table experience and access to one of Sydney’s most impressive wine collections, featuring more than 3,500 bottles. Marble Bar
For an event setting rich in character and history, Marble Bar offers one of Sydney’s most iconic heritage venues. Dating back to 1893, the space combines Victorian grandeur with contemporary hospitality and live entertainment, making it ideal for cocktail functions, celebrations and exclusive corporate events of up to 200 guests.
Zeta Bar
