Wellness Workshops
Thai Herbal Compress Workshop
When warmed, they release herbal steam that infuses therapeutic oils into the skin. Galangal-based compresses help warm muscles and improve mobility, while ginseng-based blends boost energy. In the spa’s workshop, guests can create their own compress by wrapping kaffir lime peel and pandan leaves in a muslin cloth. All botanicals used are grown on the resort’s organic farm. Guests can also experience the ritual firsthand during a Siam Fusion massage in a treatment room near the workshop.
