Jia
Jia means home in Chinese, translating to home-cooked food into delicate and elegant dishes. The interior is a beautiful blend of traditional Chinese design with touches of modernism to reflect the evolution of Chinese culture and cuisine. A main dining area along with four private dining rooms for a more intimate dining experience are offered.
Kafe
Boasting expansive views across the resort, Kafe is adjacent to the main Lobby and is a perfect meeting space for socializing or to savor our specialty Xinglong coffee along with a signature Hainan afternoon tea. In the evening, the space transforms into a relaxed lounge area where guests can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages and light snacks.
Palate
PALATE features open kitchens that showcase the best of Western, Chinese and specially Pan-Asian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hand crafted beverages are available from fresh juices to soft and alcoholic selections, along with a chef-crafted a la carte menu. During non-peak hours, PALATE transforms into a family-friendly area where chefs hold cooking classes.
Waterfront Grill
Waterfront Grill is a casual and fun bistro with great food in a landscape setting, located next to the main pool area. Inspired by local produce with a global flair, the restaurant offers succulent grills, light snacks and refreshing local beverages for guests using the recreational and pool areas.
