Digital Check-in

Digital Check-in is part of our Contactless Experience that allows Hilton Honors Members the ability to bypass the front desk by checking in on the Hilton Honors mobile app before arriving.

When Digital Check-in is available for your upcoming stay, you'll see a 'Check-in' button when viewing your reservation on the app.

1. Select 'Check-in' to start the Digital Check-in process.

2. Choose your time of arrival.

3. If you want to choose your own room, select 'Yes'. If you prefer the hotel choose the best available room for you, select 'No, pick one for me'. 

   • If you select 'Yes', you'll be directed to the room selection page. You'll see a suggested, best available room, which you can continue with, or select your own from the available rooms.

   • If you select 'No, pick one for me', you'll be taken straight to the final screen of the check-in process.

4. After selecting a room, you'll be directed to the final screen of the check-in process where you'll be able to review the selected room(s), time of arrival and credit card information. You can change your credit card information at this time, if necessary. 

5. Select 'Check-in' to finish your Digital Check-in process.
