Help Center

Hi, how can we help you?

Sharing a Digital Key

You can share your Digital Key with up to four travel companions during your stay. To use the Digital Key, each guest must be a Hilton Honors Member and signed into the Hilton Honors mobile app.

If your guest isn’t a Hilton Honors Member, they can sign up for free when they accept your key. Digital Keys and physical keys can also be used simultaneously during a given stay. This feature provides flexibility and convenience for both primary guests and their travel companions.

How to send a Digital Key

To share your Digital Key as the primary guest:

  1. Open the Hilton Honors mobile app and go to the 'Stays' tab.

  1. Select your current stay.

  1. Select your ‘Digital Key’.

  1. On the Digital Key screen, select 'Share your key'.
