Be My Eyes partnership
In an effort to create a great stay for every guest and more welcoming accessible stays for all, Hilton has partnered with Be My Eyes, a free mobile app that connects users who are blind or have low vision with a dedicated Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC) representative through the convenience of their smartphone. Once connected, HRCC representatives can see through the one-way camera of the smartphone to provide visual guidance through two-way audio.
How does Be My Eyes work?
- Download the Be My Eyes (BME) app for free on your smartphone through the Apple or Google Play store.
- Agree to the BME Terms & Conditions.
- Select the “Service Directory” menu.
- Select the “Hotels” category from the list.
- Choose the participating Hilton brand from the list during Open Hours, seven days a week, 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. Central Time.
- Agree to Hilton’s Privacy Policy.
- You’ll be connected to an HRCC agent through one-way video and two-way audio for visual support or choose to chat with Be My AI for support.
Who can call HRCC through Be My Eyes?
Currently, English-language access is available through the Be My Eyes app to any Hilton guest who is blind or has low vision and is staying in the U.S. and Canada.
