Hilton hotel policies

You can find out a Hilton hotel’s policy by calling the hotel directly, or in some cases, by going to Hilton.com. Our select Hilton hotel policies are below.

Item left at the hotel
We do our best to track items left behind and return them to their owners.

• If you think you left an item at the hotel, it's best to contact them directly so they can quickly start searching.

Minimum age to book a room
The minimum age to book a room varies by hotel.
To find out the hotel’s policy online, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the location or hotel of your choice and select ‘Find a Hotel’
2. Select ‘Hotel Details’ for the chosen hotel
3. Select ‘Visit website’ below the hotel’s name
4. Select ‘All Policies’ under the ‘Hotel policies’ section
5. Select ‘Check-in/Check-out’ under the ‘Our policies’ section
   • The minimum age to register will be listed

Packages sent to the hotel
Most of our Hilton properties will hold packages for you.
If you need to have a package delivered, please make sure the package label is addressed to the hotel and includes the following:

• Your name
• Arrival date
• Reservation confirmation number

Please note that our properties will not accept packages that are sent C.O.D. (Cash on delivery).

Resort charges
All resort charges, if applicable, vary by hotel.
To find out the hotel’s policy online, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the location or hotel of your choice and select ‘Find a Hotel’
2. Select ‘Hotel Details’ for the chosen hotel
3. Select ‘Visit website’ below the hotel’s name
   • The fee amount is under the ‘Rooms and suites’ section
   • What the fee includes can be found under the ‘Hotel policies’ section

Smoking
Many of our properties are now 100% non-smoking hotels, but if available, you may request a smoking room.
To find out the hotel’s policy online, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the location or hotel of your choice and select ‘Find a Hotel’
2. Select ‘Hotel Details’ for the chosen hotel
   • The hotel’s smoking policy will be at the top under the ‘Amenities’ section
