HGV Max Members are able to take advantage of special room rates at Hilton properties worldwide, based on availability. Eligible individuals may access HGV Max by purchasing timeshare Points with Hilton Grand Vacations.

Booking an HGV Max Rate

HGV Max Members may log in at hilton.com/hgvmax with their Hilton Honors log in details to book and manage their reservations.

Tips for finding HGV Max rates

Use the Flexible Dates feature

• Search for a 1-night stay and select 'My dates are flexible' to view day-by-day rate availability in a calendar view for each hotel you select.
• When searching for multiple nights, the search will come back with no results if one of the nights isn't available with the discounted rate.
• Example: if you search for a 3-night stay, but only two nights have the discount available, the search will return empty. If you search for 1-night search and use flexible dates, you'll be able to view availability day-by-day. This will allow you the opportunity to secure and book nights separately, according to the discounted rate availability.

Mix and match rates

• Consider making separate bookings for shorter stays to 'mix and match' between rates on different days at the hotel, as a specific rate might not be available for several nights consecutively.
  • Example: The HGV Max rate may not be available for 1 night and the Flexible rate might be available for another.
• When searching for two rooms, try searching for one at a time, as there may be only one room available at the discounted rate on specific dates.

Be flexible

• Try to book as far in advance as possible to take advantage of all potential availability. If you don't find what you're looking for right away, come back often to search for availability. HGV Max rate availability is based on forecasted occupancy, which is subject to change frequently.
• More rooms may become available closer to the desired stay date, especially within 60 days of arrival, as stay dates farther out on the calendar may be more limited and are often booked quickly.
• Consider searching for popular destinations during seasons or nights of the week when availability may be more plentiful.
• Plan trips around when you find availability for the discounted rates.

Checking in and staying on the HGV Max rate

• HGV Max Members must be present at check-in and for the duration of HGV Max rate stays booked in their name and Hilton Honors account.
• Non-HGV Max Members aren't eligible for HGV Max rates.

Number of rooms per stay

• There's no limit on how many rooms an HGV Max Member can reserve at the HGV Max rate per stay.
• However, HGV Max rates are subject to availability, and when available, a limited number of rooms for the specific hotel and room type may be eligible for booking.

Hilton Honors Points, stay credit and hotel benefits

HGV Max rate stays are eligible to earn Hilton Honors Points on both room rates and incidentals and stay credits toward the next tier status, based on Hilton Honors terms and conditions.

Hilton Honors Members are eligible for all standard Hilton Honors hotel benefits when staying under HGV Max rates, including room upgrades at check-in based on tier status and hotel availability.

Rules and restrictions

Access to HGV Max rates may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered, purchased or otherwise transferred. Any HGV Max rates obtained in this manner will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void, resulting in cancellation of the reservations. All such activity is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of HGV Max rate privileges for the applicable HGV Max member, including the forfeiture of any Hilton Honors Points, stay credits or other related rewards associated with the reservations.

Terms & conditions

Offer subject to availability at participating Hilton Hotels & Resorts for members of the HGV Max. Reservation must be made through hilton.com/hgvmax and requires Hilton Honors membership login. The offer discount is ten percent (10%) off the hotel’s Best Available Rate (“BAR”) or Flexible Rate, which is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount rates. HGV Max Rate is not eligible to be purchased with Points & Money. However, Hilton Honors Points will be earned on the stay and HGV Max Rate stays will count towards annual tier qualification.
