How to get a copy of your stay receipt

If you need a copy of your receipt or folio for a past stay up to 12 months, you can easily access it through your Hilton account or the Hilton Honors mobile app.

From the Hilton website:

• Log in to your Hilton Honors account
• Select ‘Your Stays' in the top right corner
• Using the filters on the left side, check the ‘Previous stays’ box and select ‘Apply Filters’
• Select ‘View Receipt’ for your selected stay

From your Hilton Honors mobile app:

• Select ‘Account’ from the bottom menu bar
• Select ‘Account’ from the top menu bar
• Select ‘Stay history’
• Select ‘View receipt’ for your selected stay

• Contact the hotel directly for further assistance.
