Find your Hilton Honors account number

To log in to your Hilton Honors account, you'll need your Hilton Honors account number, or username and your password.

How to find your Hilton Honors account number

You can always find your account number at the top of your Hilton Honors monthly statements.

If you’ve forgotten or need to recover your Hilton Honors number, or username:

• Select ‘Sign In’
• Select 'Forgot your info?'
• Under 'Lost your account number?' enter your first and last name and email
• Select ‘Submit’

After submitting these details, you’ll receive an email with your Hilton Honors account number.

• Note: Emails can take up to 15 minutes to be received.

If you haven’t received an email:

• Check your junk/spam folders.
• If your web browser is set to autofill your personal information, double check to ensure the details are correct.
