How to change your Hilton Honors account info
If you need to update any details on your Hilton Honors account, such as your email address, name, or phone number, you can easily do so online at HiltonHonors.com.
How to update general account information
To update your personal information, email preferences, My Way benefits, travel preferences, or combine your accounts:
- Log in to your Hilton Honors account
- Select your name in the top right corner
- Select 'Profile'
- Select the details you’d like to update and follow the on-screen instructions to make and save your changes
How to request a name change
To request a name change your name on your Hilton Honors account:
- After logging in to your Hilton Honors account, select your name in the top right corner
- Select 'Profile'
- Select 'Personal information'
- Select 'Name'
- Select 'Request name change'
- Entered your preferred first and last name
- Select 'Submit request'
A Hilton representative will email you to request your proof of identification, such as:
- A copy of your driver's license or passport, utility or phone bill, marriage or divorce records, or other legal documentation.
- Please blackout all unnecessary information (e.g. address, numbers, etc.).
Once proper documentation is received and verified, your name change will be completed.
How to request account changes due to divorce
If you need to request changes to your Hilton Honors account, such as dividing Hilton Honors Points or removing a name due to a divorce, follow the steps below:
- Email your request to priorityletter@hilton.com. Be sure to include the following:
- The Hilton Honors account numbers affected.
- A clear description of the specific changes being requested.
- One of the following official documents:
- A copy of the divorce decree that specifically indicates the resolution necessary on the Hilton Honors account(s).
- A notarized document signed by both parties with instructions regarding the Hilton Honors account(s).
- A court-approved marital separation agreement that states the resolution necessary for the Hilton Honors account(s).
- Once the required documentation is received, the account(s) will be updated as needed.
