How to change or reset your password

If you need to change or reset your Hilton Honors password, you can do it online at HiltonHonors.com.

To change your password

If you’re logged into your Hilton Honors account and want to change your known password, follow the steps below:

1. Under your Hilton Honors account information, select ‘Personal Information’
2. Select ‘Password’
3. Select ‘Edit Password’
4. Enter your Current and New Password
5. Select ‘Save’

To reset your password

To reset your forgotten password, you’ll need your Hilton Honors number. Follow the steps below:

1. Select ‘Sign In’
2. Under the password field, select ‘Forgot your info?’
3. Enter your Hilton Honors number and preferred email address
4. Select ‘Submit’
5. You’ll receive an email on how to reset your password

Password reset email troubleshooting steps

If you haven’t received your password reset email, try these steps below:

1. Refresh your email inbox. It can take up to 15 minutes to receive.
2. Check your junk or spam folders.

How to troubleshoot login issues

If you continue to experience login issues after you've reset your password, try these tips below:

• If you receive the “It’s not you, it’s us” error when selecting the link in the password reset email, it has been requested too many times.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Try a different browser.
• Open a new tab or window and manually enter your updated information.
  • This prevents you from getting stuck in the password reset loop or getting a 'blank screen'.
