Merging Hilton Honors accounts
Do you have two Hilton Honors accounts under the same name? You can easily merge your accounts online at HiltonHonors.com.
Your new merged account will have:
Certain Hilton Honors accounts do have specific requirements to merge.
Merge accounts
To merge your Hilton Honors accounts:
Your new merged account will have:
- All of your Points and activity from both
- The higher tier of the two accounts
- Your login and contact information from the primary account
Certain Hilton Honors accounts do have specific requirements to merge.
- Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) account:
- You must contact HGV directly for assistance.
- Hilton Family & Friends account:
- If you’d like to merge a Family & Friends account, you must contact the Hilton Team Member who owns the account you’re on and request that they remove you before the merge can be done.
- Once the merge is complete, you can be added back to Family & Friends.
- Hilton Team Member/Lifetime Team Member account:
- You must contact the Go Hilton concierge desk for assistance.
- Owners account:
- You must contact the Owners Desk for assistance.
- Lifetime Diamond (LTD) account:
- You must contact Customer Care for assistance.
- Pooled accounts
- Accounts that are already mutual accounts
- Accounts that have already been merged once cannot be merged again.
Merge accounts
To merge your Hilton Honors accounts:
- Log in to your account at Hilton.com
- Select your name in the top right corner
- Select ‘Profile’ from the menu list.
- Select ‘Combine accounts’
- Enter the information for the secondary account that you’d like to merge with your own
- Select ‘Submit’
