The ingredients are taken from the natural gifts of the earth, and the traditional wisdom deeply rooted in regional civilization. With masterful craftsmanship, we bring together the delicate Huai yang cuisine of Jiangnan and the bold, fiery flavors of Xinjiang under one roof.
