Inside the Spa
Spa Policies
- Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
- If you must reschedule or cancel, please notify at least 4 hours in advance. Cancelation of a group booking requires 24/48 hours’ notice.
- Keep all valuables at home as the Hilton Belgrade and Essence Premium Spa & Wellness will not be held responsible for any missing items.
- Please notify the spa reservation team before booking any treatment if you have any physical ailments, fever, allergies or disabilities, or are taking any medication.
- Please bring your own swimming costume if you wish to use the Spa Facilities. Bathrobes, towels, and slippers are also available on request
- Please switch off your mobile phone or always place it in silent mode within the spa.
