Canceled reservation without notice, dirty, poor customer service

Visit to Kent State. Shower was broken, asked for refund. Front desk clerk Ashley was rude, clipped in her conversation. Asked for refund. Options given were go to another room to showe/don’t shower!!

First, the positives, the staff was great! No issues with location, noice etc. Breakfast was okay.
