The delicious vibes from California are taking over the city. Our café has established itself as Cannes' new Californian canteen. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, easily accessible with its own entrance, the restaurant and its terrace put us in the mood for the American West. Open all day, the café celebrates the basics of "Breakfast in America" through the end of the afternoon, passing by snacking and brunch. Where French toast rubs shoulders with avocado toast, and bagels with eggs Benedict! A shot of ginger for those in a hurry, and a more refined menu of mocktails if you feel like taking your time. And like all good West Coast cuisine, the menu loves nothing more than to flirt with sweet and spicy flavors. Enjoy an "à la carte" brunch that will delight adults, children and the most gourmet: Lobster Roll, Guacamole, Fish & Chips or Kale Salad.
