The bar is noted for vintage era specialty drinks and signature cocktails. Featuring comfortable seating in a calm, cool and relaxed atmosphere, the bar is open and inviting. Decorated in sultry and seductive hues of red, yellow, and orange and a knock-dead gorgeous Red Dragon granite bar, beautiful cherry wood tables, rich earth-tone upholstery and leathers all complement the stunning copper ceiling. The wood and granite floors, unique architectural inspired lighting and contemporary touches all help to create the exquisite ambiance. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail with a colleague or just relax and work on your laptop with the wireless internet available.

Spotlight Lounge

It's casual...it's sophisticated...it's delicious...it's the place to be. Spotlight Restaurant & Lounge continues its famous tradition of quality and impeccable service.  

All of the artwork is the signature work of commissioned artist Daniel Ramon.  Even the table tops are works of art.  Eight of the tables feature Ramon's artwork under glass.  Sultry shades of orange and seductive reds and yellows adorn the walls and fabrics.  Warm cherry woods, rich coffee colored button-tufted leather banquettes, unique architectural inspired lighting and contemporary touches all help create the exquisite experience.  

The menu offers an innovative culinary approach to traditional favorites.  Each item on the American menu relies on the use of only the freshest ingredients and exceptional culinary techniques to enhance each item's flavor.  Fresh seafood, generous cuts of USDA steaks, and savory pasta entrees are sure to please every palate. The Chef's sweet tooth is evident in his unbelievable selection of decadent desserts ranging from a colossal 3-Layer German Chocolate, Strawberry, Double Chocolate or Carrot Cake, Crème Brulee, Molten Ganache Lava Cake to an unforgettable Bananas Foster.
