Parking
Valet parking is available at the hotel’s main entrance on Monroe Street. Self-parking is available at our downtown Chicago partner facility, 55 East Monroe Street Parking Garage, located directly across the street from Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel. The garage can be accessed from Monroe Street (eastbound traffic) or Adams Street (westbound traffic). The 55 East Monroe Street Parking Garage offers ten (10) EV charging stations with Level 2 chargers available for a fee on a first-come and first-served basis.
The UPS Store
The Business Center is located at 17 E Monroe Street, at the Wabash Street Entrance. The store offers secure mailbox and package acceptance services, document shredding, office and mailing supplies, faxing, scanning and more.

SustainabilityAs a brand, Hilton has committed to double our investment in social impact and cut our environmental footprint in half by 2030. We’re committed to improving our performance toward a sustainable future while enhancing your experience at our hotel. Our achievements:
All paper, plastics, cardboard, glass, and aluminum cans are collected and recycled.
Guest room and other gently used hotel furniture is donated.
Food scraps are kept separate from trash and collected by Waste Management to be turned into compost at their plant.
Vegetables and herbs are grown in our rooftop container garden, then harvested and used in our outlets.
Low-flow showerheads are Hilton’s standard to conserve water. All public restrooms have automatic faucets and low-flow toilets to conserve water.
The linen reuse program allows guests to reuse towels to conserve energy and reduce water consumption.
Computer software is used to track and monitor energy through meter reading, allowing engineers to view reports and compare usage to other Hilton hotels.
Waste tracking and benchmarking allows hotel to view progress of recycling initiatives and set yearly goals.
