Inside the Spa
- Inform the spa concierge and technician of any serious allergies.
- Please note cancellations for all treatments must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid a charge of the full treatment. Call as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
- We ask that you arrive between 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to check in. Please keep in mind arriving late may shorten the length of your treatment.
- Please be considerate of our other guests and refrain from using phones in both the relaxation area and the locker room.
- Children over the age of 14 are welcome to receive treatments with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to both the locker room and treatment room.
