Shore’s Menu is designed around the “rich” seafood collection from Indian Ocean that surrounds the islands of the Indonesian archipelago with Mediterranean touches and over tones. The menu is a roller coaster of elements, textures and contrasts that play on all senses, mind, body, and soul. Menu has been inspired by the natural surroundings that makes The Shore one of the most unique dining venues in Nusa Dua.

The Shore menu is based on ethics, pride with a sustainable at heart approach from sourcing all local seafood which is has been line caught, or hand caught. All crookery is made locally from local products which have been handmade and designed to embrace The Shores hidden elements. Each dish, each plate, each ingredient has a story either inspired from the ocean that surrounds us or the surrounding farmers that grow vegetables to the highest quality keeping the “Organic approach” letting the ingredients do the talking keeping food at in its natural state.
