We offer a dining experience designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community. do deli offers a comprehensive dining and drinks experience from morning to night. Our menu, which promotes sustainability and local purchasing, including dough crafted from Wildfarmed wheat, a sustainable alternative to industrially farmed wheat. We offer everything from all-day dining and coffee stops, to after-work small plates, pizzas, burgers, beers and signature cocktails, all freshly prepared with the finest ingredients.
