The freshly restyled Halo room, complete with its eye-catching Birdman sculpture, is open for full Irish buffet breakfasts each morning. Guests can choose from a vast and varied selection of delicious breakfast items. Guests can also enjoy creating their own fresh smoothies with the hotel's Nutri Bullet.

This Award-winning Morrison Grill is one of the best-known restaurants in Dublin City and diners can feel relaxed and spoilt in bright, comfortable surroundings with views overlooking the river Liffey. The restaurant is home to one of the first Josper Grills in Ireland, which is a combined charcoal grill and oven that can reach temperatures of 500C. This ensures that our steaks and other meats are cooked perfectly. With an emphasis on local excellence and seasonality diners will be left spoilt for choice with a delectable variety of appetizing dishes to choose from. The restaurant offers an extensive A La Carte menu for both lunch and dinner which presents the best local produce with touches of comforting, gastro-style cooking.

Quay 14


Quay 14, located to the front of this Five Star hotel with views of the River Liffey. Quay 14 is a well-known destination bar that offers an extensive drinks menu, specializing in cocktails, whiskeys and local craft beers. The cocktails at Quay 14 take their inspiration locally here in Dublin, while also having an influence from Irish music, such as traditional arrangements and Irish Songbook classics, through to die hard rock rebels and the cool new wave of Irish folk and rock musicians. Aficionados of Irish whiskeys and domestic craft beers will also find plenty to explore and enjoy with a comprehensive menu. Quay 14 also has an extensive and tasty all day dining menu. Open from early in the morning until late in the evening, Quay 14’s menus start with breakfast favourites including vanilla scented French toast and later in the day the menu expands to offer some mouth-watering bar classics.
