My flight got canceled and I could not make it to the hotel till 7am next morning. When I came to the hotel, I was told that my room was not available even though it was pre-paid. Hotel sold it out...

Poor customer service

The staff at this hotel are next level. Really amazing staff!!! It’s well located in Sundance square. Hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast is great. We really enjoyed our time.
