Breakfast Buffet
Start the day right with the mouth-watering Big Yin or Big VEGin our locally sourced traditional full Scottish breakfast buffet and full vegan breakfast. For the vegan / vegetarian option please ask a member of staff. **From December 24, 2025 January 3, 2026, our breakfast will be offered from 7:30am - 10:30am, except on January 1, when it will be served from 7:30 am - 11:00 am.
Executive Lounge
The Executive Lounge is open for our executive guests and we serve wine, beers soft drinks and cocktail nibbles between 5pm and 7pm each evening. Please note the executive lounge access is restricted to guests age 16 and over.
Tea Lounge by Dilmah
The Tea Lounge by Dilmah, the first of its kind within the UK, offers visitors an inspiring ambience with uniquely healthy and innovative tea and tea based drinks as well as an exciting Afternoon Tea experience and light bites. **The Tea Lounge will be closed from December 22, 2025 through January 12, 2026.
Whisky Mist Bar & Kitchen
Situated in the heart of our hotel, Whisky Mist Bar & Kitchen is perfect for a delicious cocktail, lunch or dinner. You can expect a selection of seasonal dishes, whisky cocktail creations by our skilled bartenders, an outstanding drinks selection and local & craft beers - whisky lover or not you will find plenty of tastes to explore. Get ready to experience whisky with a twist at Hilton Glasgow. Whisky Mist now also offers a delicious light breakfast with fresh pastries or hot rolls. **From December 22, 2025 through January 5, 2026, this restaurant will open from 10:30 am until last food orders at 8:45 pm. The restaurant will only offer a reduced menu, exclusively available for hotel guests, on December 25, 26, 31, and January 1, 2026.
