Inside the Spa
Our Policies
- Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary access to our wet areas (indoor pool, snow fountain, sauna, steam room, shock shower) and fitness center. We provide towels, slippers, and pestemals for our guests.
- Children must always be supervised by a parent in the pool areas.
- For hygiene reasons, the use of swim caps is mandatory in pool areas, and guests without a cap may obtain one from the spa reception for a fee.
- Please ensure you are present in the spa area 15 minutes prior to your appointment. The last reservation time for our guests' massage and hammam sessions is 9:30 pm.
