With a centuries-old cistern transformed into a wine cellar, Karas offers a carefully curated selection of wines from local producers, each bottle reflecting the richness of Anatolian soil and ancient winemaking traditions. Paired with the chef's signature tapas & mezze menu, Karas delivers an intimate and atmospheric wine experience steeped in history.
