Savor authentic New Orleans cuisine at Drago’s Seafood, a newly opened restaurant at Hilton Jackson and the third Drago’s in the region. Enjoy the brick-lined decor and warm, family atmosphere as you sample charbroiled oysters, a popular mainstay since 1993. Or indulge in hearty gumbo, a Po-Boy sandwich or a bowl of jambalaya. The restaurant receives fresh oysters, live Maine lobsters and Gulf seafood several times a week for an authentic dining experience. Please note that reservations are not accepted.

Fitzgerald’s Lobby Bar is a Jackson favorite. The specialty handcrafted cocktails are made from fresh ingredients and taste so good that you want to come back for more. Fitzgerald’s Signature Bloody Mary is a must have that features hand stuffed olives, pickled green beans and steamed shrimp.
