The unique menu created by our executive Chef Itzik Mizrahi Barak features fine Jerusalem inspired dishes, in tribute to the chef’s Jerusalem roots and his Aleppo Urfali home. The chef makes use of local fresh produce such as root vegetables and spices. Those who wish to savor an extraordinary dining experience, whether for a romantic or a social event, will find the Palace as a special and unique Jerusalem experience.

Welcome a refined Shabbat and enjoy our elegantly set extravagant served Friday dinner. This is when authentic moments occur, when families can bond and be inspired. Our multi-coursed meal includes luxurious gourmet foods and traditional dishes.

Come and enjoy our summer taste! Located on the fourth floor of the hotel in an outdoor garden, the Terrace offers unique cocktails and dishes by the hotel’s executive chef, Itzik Barak. The cocktails are created in cooperation with the local Thinkers distillery. The Distillery uses revolutionary and environmentally conscious methods, capturing the fresh Jerusalem mountain air and converting it to water.   Alongside the varied drinks menu, the chef created a contemporary Jerusalem menu for a night out in the Jerusalem air, dishes suitable mainly for distribution among the table sitters. Open in the summer, the Terrace is a place to relax and unwind and to enjoy the unforgettable atmosphere of the Jerusalem.

The Palace Restaurant serves a legendary lavish Israeli breakfast buffet and à la carte menu. Experience an indulgent start to your day with a delicious breakfast.
