Dismal and uninspiring

Rooms were good but the staff, especially the restaurant staff were superb.

At lunchtime, the menu suggests fresh fish  captured in the open seas, charcoal-grilled and with fresh sides, selected daily with care at the 31 de Janeiro market, close to the hotel. In the evening, the ambiance is candlelight cozy, and the suggestions are strong for Mediterranean fare, where the influence of Chef Fábio Leonardo is felt in every dish.
