We're a neighborhood Italian pizzeria bar in downtown Lititz. In Italian, cavolo means cabbage, but it's also a playful exclamation. It's the kind of reaction guests might have when taking their first bite. The menu features small plates and wood-fired pizzas made with top-quality ingredients. No strict styles. No regional pizza debates. Just straight-up delicious food. The bar and bottle shop offer a curated selection of Italian wines, beers, and cocktails - all chosen to compliment every plate and pie.
Our name is inspired by the Pennsylvania Dutch dialect for "coal", honoring the region's deep-rooted heritage. Fueled by wood coal, our Josper Grill delivers intense heat and flavors that define our steaks. We cook with Quebracho Charcoal, known as the "axe-breaker" for it's unmatched burn time and clean fire, infusing every cut and chop with tradition and mastery. Breakfast is served 7 days a week from 6:30 am - 10:30 am. Dinner is served Monday - Thursday from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Friday - Saturday 4:00 - 9:00 pm, Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. The bar closes at 11:00 pm Sunday - Thursday & 12:00 am Friday - Saturday.
