We’re delighted to announce a special seven-week collaboration with cult street food favourite, Hash Hut. Expect bold flavours and indulgent toppings – from caviar and crème fraîche to soy-braised beef cheek with crispy chilli – all served on their iconic golden hash browns.

Our Executive Chef, David Greenhill, unveils the new seasonal menu at Blue Boar — a celebration of British produce and bold, comforting flavours. The menu highlights the best of the season, crafted with Chef David signature balance of tradition and creativity.

Savour dishes such as Roasted Sea Bass with cauliflower silk, whipped potato, roasted mushrooms, baby leeks, and a delicate artichoke crisp or indulge in the hearty Wild Boar and Apple Sausages, served with creamy mashed potatoes, grilled hispi cabbage, and rich red onion gravy.

The Great British Brunch

Celebrate British favourites with a playful twist, from soft-boiled duck eggs with buttery toast soldiers to our indulgent Eggy Bread, topped with raspberry and mint cream. Enhance your experience with 90 minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, Bellini, Mimosa or Rossini for £25 per person. Our signature Flying Bloody Mary is served table side with spice, flair, and a whimsical edible Yuzu Cloud.

Sunday Roast

Indulge in a feast for the senses with our authentic Sunday Roast, a true celebration of British comfort dining. Choose from our signature Beef Roast served with a rich red wine and bone marrow sauce, a White Onion and Goat’s Cheese Tart Roast paired with black garlic jus, or our specially crafted Sunday Roast for Kids, perfect for little diners to join in the tradition. Each roast is served with all the classic trimmings, bringing a warm and hearty taste of home to your weekend at Blue Boar.
