DoubleDisappointment

We arrived on Sunday 11/19/23 about 1:30 pm to see if we could check in early. We made reservations a month ago. No your room is not ready, but there is a restaurant here. I looked around and several...

Was it because of the Holiday?

We experienced many issues that were not addressed at all during our stay.

1.  Cooling unit in one room didn’t work.  After 7- yes 7!-contacts with the front desk, nothing was done.

2.  No towels...

Do not waste your money!

When we got our room, it was on the 12th floor. I believe the 12th floor might have been a party floor of some sort, because two of the rooms up there we’re having very loud parties and kept opening...

Could have been better.
