Brasserie on 3 is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant that serves a wide selection of culinary favorites made from sustainably-sourced, seasonal ingredients. It features a sensory feast with open kitchen theaters, live action stations and an outdoor dining area that offers stunning views of Manila Bay. The award-winning restaurant highlights two private dining rooms for intimate gatherings and the Chef’s Table where up to twelve diners may take pleasure on a special tasting menu by Brasserie on 3’s culinary artisans.

C Lounge, is a contemporary lounge by day featuring the best views of Manila bay progressing at night to a sophisticated bar and lounge through the use of lighting and live entertainment. It features very modern and stylish glass and tableware, floor to ceiling glass panels taking in the breath-taking views of Manila Bay, a stage with live entertainment every evening and outdoor Terrace seating overlooking the Bay. The menu is geared towards sharing, snacks and tapas style dishes. Afternoon tea will offer a selection of tea, coffee and champagne. The Bar will feature Manila’s best selection of Premium Rums, exciting signature Rum-based cocktails and sophisticated Rum punches designed to share. Entertainment will include a selection of background music to suit the mood and atmosphere and Live DJ’s with instrumental accompaniment in the evenings.
