Hot Stone
Inspired by modern Korean cuisine combined with traditional home cooking, Hot Stone aims to satisfy both in terms of dining experience and culinary satisfaction. The Rotisserie Show Kitchen is the welcome experience, inspired by the experience of grilling meat in the forest while camping. Hot Stone, true to its name, is famous for its signature stews served in traditional stone pots. These stone pots are known to retain the flavour of the ingredients and burners are used to maintain the optimum temperature of the stew. Handmade mixed rice bowls are another signature of the restaurant, carefully crafted by the chef, guests have the pleasure of making their own rice balls from the comfort of their table. For those who prefer a more intimate and cozy dining experience, the semi-private dining room offers more privacy.
Ju Yuan Xuan
Jü Yuan Xuan refers to a gathering place for family and friends and transforms from day to night, where guests can work, play and relax. Essentially the living room of the hotel, the space is comfortable and inviting. The lounge offers guests fresh pastries, local snacks, and a selection of classic lounge menu items. In the evening, guests can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages and light snacks.
LUSH
LUSH is an all-day dining restaurant offering a wide selection of local and western specialities, a contemporary setting, and live cooking stations. LUSH is in tune with nature and the forest around Changbaishan, which is reflected in the variety of dishes, which change with the seasons according to the natural resources in the forest.
