Dahai
A sleek and stylish restaurant inspired by the natural elements and color schemes of the sea, Dahai is connected with the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant below by an impressive central structure. Savor authentic Cantonese and Zhejiang cuisine, with delicious dishes inspired by China’s strong heritage and culture. Dahai features a stunning fish tank wall at its entrance, allowing diners to view and select their own live fish and shellfish. The restaurant also boasts a relaxed Tea Bar/Lounge, with a large tea wall and a circular central display showcasing a huge variety of specialty blends.
Jinyu
With a name that means ‘goldfish’ in Chinese, JINYU is a modern, all-day dining restaurant with a striking central structure that spans the height of two floors, connecting the restaurant with the Chinese restaurant above. Featuring specialty items and delicacies, the cold counter at the base of this structure boasts a unique aquarium base - a stunning feature that is even visible from the lobby. Enter JINYU through the corridor, which features glass-encased open kitchens on both sides, with expert chefs preparing Chinese and western cuisine before your eyes.
Ra-don
