De Vaert
The all day dining restaurant "De Vaert" is located on the 2nd floor in front of the Reception lobby. It features an open interior with soft sunlight pouring in from the window looking up at Mt. Inasa, the symbol of Nagasaki mountain. While incorporating Nagasaki's traditional food culture "WAKARAN-Japanese, Chinese, Netherlands-", we will deliver an exciting time with buffet dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. In addition, Coffee & Sweet section is infront of entrance which you can easily take out sweets and a variety of breads that are particular about the ingredients and beauty, along with authentic coffee. We also offer gifts packed with the sophistication and commitment of Hilton Nagasaki.
Fukukairo
"Fukukairo" is located further inside of the all-day dining restaurant and has a crimson entrance. Enjoy Chinese cuisine that makes use of the rich ingredients of Nagasaki in a contemporary arrangement.
Seven Seas
"Seven Seas" is located opposite side of the Reception with the impressive decoration. Tea time is a place to meet and talk while enjoying sweets and drinks. In addition, bar time can be used as a place of relaxation with the liveliness of the lobby and the sound of the bartender's shaker as BGM.
Tamatsurumi
"Tamatsurumi" is a new style dining where you can enjoy teppanyaki, tempura, and sushi in one space. Private rooms are also available, making it ideal for entertaining important guests. Enjoy the charm of food with all five senses, such as the unique ingredients from all over Kyushu, the taste brought about by the reliable techniques of craftsmen, the mellow aroma, and the rustling of the ingredients. Sushi counter with 8 seats, as well as tempura counter 10 seats and teppanyaki counter with 11 seats. In addition, 14 seats are available in the hall area, and private rooms.
