You don’t have to cross the Pacific for shore-fresh sushi— just make your way to the edge of the family infinity pool, where you’ll find Mio sushi and raw bar. Talavera is an experience that blends tradition and today, a place where authentic regional fare is served with dramatic and contemporary flair.

Vela’s refined regional Italian cuisine commingles with fresh Mexican ingredients. Local culture and history have inspired and influenced dishes at this new upscale 114-seat dining venue. Vela serves dinner al fresco alongside the resort’s infinity pool, as well as indoors.
