Spa Policies

• Our facilities are for the use of registered guests and members only.
• The steam room operates at temperatures up to 60°C; the sauna operates between 80°C and 90°C.
• Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to use these facilities. Children aged 8–16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the sauna and steam room. Children under 16 are not permitted in the fitness center.
• Pregnant women and elderly people should seek medical advice before use.
• Do not use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times in the spa facilities. Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn at all times in the fitness center.
• Please remove all jewelry before entering the sauna or steam room.
• Shaving is not permitted.
• You should NOT use the sauna or steam room if you suffer from heart disease, circulatory issues, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, or any condition affecting your response to heat, have an infectious skin condition, sores, or open wounds, or have any illness that prevents normal perspiration.
• In the event of an emergency, please activate the panic alarm or use the emergency telephone.
• For your safety, please follow all posted instructions when using the equipment.
• The fitness center is unsupervised; use of all equipment is at your own risk.
• Lockers in the fitness center are available for day use only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
