Weekend Brunch Plan

To celebrate Conrad Tokyo’s 20th anniversary on July 1, modern French restaurant Collage is launching a weekend brunch. Chef Kageyama’s innovative menu features the finest locally sourced Japanese ingredients. Enjoy a buffet of exquisite appetizers and desserts, along with a carefully curated main dish. For an elevated experience, opt for free-flow champagne and a luxurious seafood platter. With elegant interiors, exceptional service, and breathtaking views, Collage provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable weekend dining experience. See menu below. 

  • Free-flow with choice of 6 different Champagnes including Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and house wine
    (Optional) Seafood Plate: 5,000 JPY per person
  • Available as an additional option for any plan, featuring a selection of five types of fresh seafood.
