To celebrate Conrad Tokyo’s 20th anniversary on July 1, modern French restaurant Collage is launching a weekend brunch. Chef Kageyama’s innovative menu features the finest locally sourced Japanese ingredients. Enjoy a buffet of exquisite appetizers and desserts, along with a carefully curated main dish. For an elevated experience, opt for free-flow champagne and a luxurious seafood platter.
