Weekend Brunch Plan

The “Collage Weekend Brunch,” which launched last spring at the modern French restaurant “Collage,” has undergone a menu refresh to offer an even more refined and immersive dining experience centered on the concept of “escaping the ordinary.” In addition to the new addition of freshly baked brioche with its exceptional aroma and texture, we have prepared a variety of live culinary presentations, such as Wagyu beef tartare finished right before your eyes and a whole chicken carving service. We are delighted to present a carefully curated menu crafted with the hope that it will be an experience where you can feast your eyes, savor the delicious flavors of the ingredients, and reconnect with those around you.
